Policies:

1. Your order will be shipped after the checks are cleared from the bank, which could take upto 5 to 7 days depending upon the bank.
2. All in stock items are usually processed in 1 to 2 business days.
3. There are no returns or refunds on any items. All sales are final. We do not accept returns because you feel the picture quality is not acceptable to you. DVDs have varying picture quality due to the quality of the original print and how the transfer is made. 
   Defective items that do not work or are damaged in transit will be replaced by new items. Any defective items should be reported via email at sales@babadvd.com within 7 days of arrival and a return authorization number will be issued. No returns will be accepted without a prior authorization.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and Babadvd.com will pay for reshipping the item back to you. This is a standard policy in all mail order businesses anywhere and similar to the concept if you would bought something at a local store, you would be responsible for taking it back to the store to get a replacement if it were found defective.
5. Taxes are charged at 4.5 % for State of Virginia, USA residents only. All others are not taxed.
6. All our products are brand new, original and sealed. We do not sell used or former rental products. Babadvd.com buys most products directly from manufacturers and is an advocate to stop piracy.
7. All DVDs are regionally coded. Most of the DVDs we sell are coded Region 0, which means they will play in any region DVD player. There are some that are only Region 1 coded also. Region 1 is North America and includes Canada, USA and Mexico only. If you are in one of these countries or have a region free player it will play all our DVDs.
8. Though a large number for DVDs we sell have English or other language subtitles, not all DVDs do have subtitles. Please check the item description before ordering.
9. We require all billing addresses entered on the order to match with the actual billing address on file with the Credit Card Bank or Provider. Failure to do so, will cause a delay or cancellation of your order. Orders can only be shipped to the Billing Address.
